This system is designed to protect plastic injection molds against unwanted defects during the production process, which include the following:
Incomplete injection of the final product after the injection operation due to technical defects of the mold or complete or partial sticking of the product on the injection (non-flying) side of the mold.
Incomplete casting of the final product due to incorrect operation of the casting system of the plastic injection machine or mold
Preventing the return or incomplete return of the components of the mold injection system due to improper operation of the injection system of the plastic injection machine or the mold
Non-return or incomplete return of the mold sliding system due to improper operation of the sliding mechanism
Controlling the insertion or incorrect insertion of the insert in the mold by the operator or the band in products with inserts

This system has a 10-inch industrial touchscreen all-in-one computer that can be installed on the body of the plastic injection machine.

Application of mold protection system
